Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items

Lost or Stolen Packages
OYK is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend using secure shipping methods with tracking and insurance for returns.
